Privacy policy

This policy describes 12zodiacsigns.net, operated as 12 Zodiac Signs. Questions go to hello@12zodiacsigns.net.

What we collect

If you use the birth chart or sun-sign tool, the date, time, and place are used to calculate a result for that request. They are not written to a database and they are not added to an advertising profile by this site. Do not submit someone else's birth data without their permission.

If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and zodiac sign and use them only to send the emails you signed up for, through our email provider, Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time. The contact form collects a name, email, and message so we can reply.

Cookies and Google AdSense

This site shows ads through Google AdSense, and Google's advertising script loads on every page. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, cap, and measure ads and to prevent fraud. A first-party preference in local storage remembers whether you accepted or rejected personalized advertising. If you accept, Google may show personalized ads where the law allows. If you reject, or have not made a choice yet, the site asks Google to show non-personalized ads only. Non-personalized ads are based on context such as the page you are reading, not on your browsing history, though Google may still use cookies for frequency capping, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Google's own description of how it uses data from sites that use its services is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can control personalized ads at adssettings.google.com. Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland should also expect a certified consent tool to be added before personalized ads are served there. The banner on this site controls whether ads are personalized. It does not stop the ad script from loading, and it is not a claim that it replaces Google's certified CMP.

How long and who else

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request logs as part of running the site. If you subscribe to our email list or use the contact form, email is processed by Resend. Advertising is processed by Google. We do not sell personal information. We do not use birth data for ads.
